As Chief Architect for WirelessMoney Inc., Thorsten Schiller
brings over 10 years of software design, development and deployment
to the position.
Mr. Schiller is an experienced software architect and developer.
Prior to co-founding WirelessMoney Inc., Thorsten spent several
years working for the Waterloo division of Sybase Inc. (formerly
Watcom International Inc.) on the highly successful Watcom
C/C++ compiler and PowerJ Java products. While at Sybase,
Thorsten became accustomed to the project leadership role
and headed several projects ranging from porting parts of
the Watcom C/C++ compiler to the DEC Alpha processor to the
development of a platform and language independent debugger.
Thorsten was the founder and principal of Software Initiatives
Inc. as well as a co-founder of iGate Technologies Inc.
Mr. Schiller holds an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics in
Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
