A leader, manager and entrepreneur, Mr. Calder has over 30 years of experience in building profitable financial services businesses.

With CIBC Mortgages Inc., he served as Chairman, President and CEO from 1995 to 2000. Mr. Calder was also President and Director of FirstLine Trust Company and a founder and Director of Direct Trust. He was President and Director of Counsel Corporation/Counsel Trust.

Currently, Mr. Calder is the Executive Director of MBA Programs at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. He is also a Director of FirstService Corporation, a Director of Filogix Inc., the Deputy Chair of the Peter F Drucker Canadian Foundation and a Director and past Chairman of the Toronto International Film Festival Group.
